Career Goals

As a dedicated middle school teacher for the past four years, I have cultivated deep passion for education and the arts that fuels my career aspirations. My experience in the classroom has not only honed my teaching skills but also ignited a desire to inspire and mentor students at a higher level. I envision myself transitioning into a college professor role, where I can share my knowledge and enthusiasm for learning with young adults, fostering their intellectual growth and encouraging their creative expression.

In addition to teaching, I aspire to become a director of theatre, a role that allows me to blend my love for storytelling with my commitment to education. I am eager to create dynamic productions that engage audiences and challenge students to explore their artistic potential. With my upcoming MFA, I am excited to deepen my understanding of theatre and refine my directing skills, ultimately paving the way for a fulfilling career that combines my passions for teaching and the performing arts. I look forward to the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of my students and the broader community through my work in academia and theatre.
